Wholesale Terms and Conditions Agreement
Minimum Order USA:
Opening domestic orders are $250.00.
Reorders are $100.00.
Minimum Orders International:
Opening orders are $500.00 reorders are $500.00. Minimum quantities are three of each item.
New Accounts USA:
Thank you for choosing Dreaming in Color. To become a qualified dealer, please submit online or e-mail your business license, tax ID certificate, resale license.
Please show proof of your business by emailing a photo of your store, your website address, and a recent invoice from another vendor.
New Accounts International:
Must include equivalent business documents. All documentation must be received and verified before your first order will be shipped.
Website Stores:
Online stores must have a shopping cart. Auction sites are not acceptable.
Please include your online website address for verification.
Artists Application:
We make every effort to support Artist who sell their work commercially or teach professionally. Please submit proof of multiple classes at one store or classes at multiple stores. Commercial artist submit gallery or website information where artwork is sold.
Terms of Payment:
All orders must be paid with a credit card or prepayment by check No COD's.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Pay Pal. Your credit card will be charged when your order ships.
Shipping:
All merchandise is sold FOB Fresno, CA. Standard USPS or UPS shipping rates apply to all domestic orders.
Shipping International:
Unless otherwise specified, USPS Priority mail shipping rates apply to international orders.
Accounts may use a freight forwarder. Freight carrier is subject to change without notice.
Damaged Goods:
Claims for damages arising from transit must be submitted to the transit company within 7 days of receipt.
Be sure to retain the merchandise in the original shipping carton to verify damages arising from transit.
Miss-shipments and Returns:
We promise to do our best to ship your order correctly. If there is an error, please notify our Customer Service department within 10 days of receipt of your order. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval.
Please contact our Customer Service customer service@dreamingcolor.com for a return authorization.
Items must be returned in their original condition, with packaging intact and no price stickers. All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Backorders:
Please indicate on your order whether or not you will accept backorders.
Shipping will be charged on backorders
Rush Charge:
Any order placed that requires rush processing will be subject to a $25.00 fee. This charge does not cover any expedited shipping charges.
Product Usage:
All Dreaming in Color / Luminarte products sold at wholesale cost may not be used in the production of new or altered products for resale.

All products may vary slightly due to available material. Prices and procedures are subject to change without notice. Orders received are subject to approval and acceptance by Dreaming In Color. All sales are considered final.
